User-Friendly Design and Navigation: The intuitive design and navigation of the platform have been highly praised by users. It makes it easy for new users to onboard and navigate through the system without any confusion or difficulty.

Cost-Effectiveness: Users value the cost-effectiveness of the solution as it saves them money on travel expenses, shipping charges, and waiting time. This has been highlighted as a major advantage by many reviewers.

Extended Storage Capability: Some users have expressed a desire for the software to have longer storage capabilities, indicating that they feel limited by the current storage capacity.

Lack of Folders and Disorganization: Several reviewers have mentioned frustration with the absence of folders in the software, resulting in disorganized documents after they are sent. This suggests that there is a need for better organization features within the platform.

Notification System Inefficiency: A number of users have pointed out that they would prefer to be informed only after all signers have completed signing, as they find the current notification system less than ideal. This indicates that there is room for improvement in terms of how notifications are handled during the signing process.

They believe that eversign is a great choice for small businesses with 3 to 4 users and less than 500 envelopes a year. I initially signed up with EverSign's free tier to get a feel for its functionality. After just a few short months, I found myself using the paid tier because I began using it for more and more documents. EverSign is very intuitive and does not involve a long ramp-up period to utilize it at full capacity. It's become an integral part of my sales and client management processes. I've never had a support issue so can't speak to that aspect of the program. For any signatures I need, I use the software. It's worked very well and sped up my production.

I would say that it's well-suited for any application involving electronic signatures. I looked into DocuSign, SignNow and a few other programs. EverSign offered a free tier, which took the pressure off a "free trial" with a time limit. I was actually able to use the full functionality versus a restricted version because I didn't pay upfront. That was much appreciated.
